ANONYMITY

You have the option of not identifying yourself when making comments or when providing general feedback however, if the nature of the feedback requires a minimum level of identification for the purpose of further clarification or investigation, identifying yourself would enable us to act efficiently. In case of a business transaction, identification is required as we would require such information to provide the services including training, help desk support and warranty.
